Yowashi Chikaranashi (
Appearance[]
Yowashi before the training camp.
Yowashi is an adult man with shoulder-length light-colored hair and square glasses. During the training camp, he wore a black tank top and shorts.
Before the training camp, Yowashi was extremely skinny; however, after his training, he's gained musculature, with well-defined arms and a fuller torso.
Personality[]
Yowashi is someone who's easily influenced, giving up on the training camp quickly when it appeared too difficult and immediately abandoning his original plan to become a villain when he saw how muscular he had become.
In addition, he is somewhat greedy, not caring about what happens to those he considers to have mistreated him; for purely selfish reasons, he desired to become a villain, fantasizing about what he could do when he had power. This greed is exacerbated by a severe inferiority complex prior to the training camp, itself fueled by Yowashi's belief that he had failed in life and couldn't accomplish anything.
History[]
When Yowashi learned the Tiger was holding a training camp for 40 civilians, he applied to enter, intending to becoming a villain once he was stronger. To be chosen, he made up a story about wanting to become a bodybuilder.
Synopsis[]
Yowashi was accepted into the training camp, joining the rest of its attendees on the first day. There, he was shocked to learn that it was purely physical training, having assumed Tiger's Pliabody would give them some kind of boost. Despite this, he remained in the camp, barely making it through the weight training with help from Deku's encouragement.
The next phase of the training camp was survival training in the woods. Believing that he had no chance as the weakest participant, he was temporarily motivated by Deku's personalized notes, only to quickly give up when it became evident that he lacked the stamina necessary for the challenge. He attempted to run away from the training camp, but was herded back in by the hero students assisting Tiger, to his dismay.
Over the next three days, Yowashi survived in the forest, barely holding on as other participants all threw in the towel around him, losing his glasses at some point. Finally, Yowashi collapsed from exhaustion, officially giving up on the camp, to the heroes' disappointment. As he prepared to leave, Tiger returned his glasses, and Yowashi suddenly realized that he had actually gained muscle, which he was unable to see before. Remotivated from the muscle gain, Yowashi remembered his initial plan of becoming a villain, abandoning it and deciding that maybe he would aim to become a bodybuilder after all.[1]
