The World Heroes Association is an organization run by representatives from each country, with the responsibility of overseeing and managing Heroes across the globe. They are responsible for organizing and running operations that require international cooperation. They are also responsible for sending Pro Heroes to different nations in times of need. Though, this doesn't happen often as with the less Heroes that are present in a given nation, the higher the crime rates become.[1]
