The Wire Arrow (ワイヤーアロウ Waiyā Arou?) is an equipment developed and created by Mei Hatsume, a U.A. student of the Department of Support.
Description[]
This equipment is a combination of a wire with an arrow-like grappling hook attached to the end, which can be used for grappling. It is necessary for the user to aim the arrow to where they want to go, and then shoot it. If it latches on, the wire can be then retracted, pulling the user in to the target.[1]
