Victor (?)[1] is a villain, and is one of roughly seventy villains recruited by the League of Villains for the U.S.J. Incident, making him a minor antagonist of the U.S.J. Arc.
Appearance[]
Victor is a man with reddish-brown hair and eyes. His Quirk caused his fingertips to turn into gun muzzles.
He wears a gray tank top and pants with two gold chains on each of his wrists. He also wears a metallic helmet that obscures most of his head, with two greenish-blue eye holes.

Personality[]
Not much is known about his personality. Given he is one of the many villains willing to challenge the staff at U.A. High School, he can be assumed to be quite confident in his abilities.
Synopsis[]
U.S.J. Arc[]
Victor is one of the several villains who invade the U.S.J. led by Tomura Shigaraki, being part of the Shooting Squad of those villains, along with Stitched Giant and Needle Hair.
When the villains arrive at the U.S.J. Eraser Head charge at them alone to protect the Class 1-A students. Seeing the hero running towards them, Victor and his squad mates prepare to shoot him with their Quirks, but they had their powers disabled by Erasure, and were easily dispatched by Eraser Head's Binding Cloth fighting style.[2]
Victor is temporarily unconscious from the blow, regaining consciousness shortly before the rest of the teachers arrived to help and save everyone. Frustrated, Victor uses his Quirk to shoot them while other villains charge at them, but they are all easily defeated by the heroes.[3] Victor, along with the rest of the recruited villains, ends up being arrested.
Meta Liberation Army Arc[]
In the manipulated footage of the battle at Deika City, Victor appears alongside Chomper as two of the defeated villains.[4]
