The Troy Defense System is a massive trap and capture device developed by the Heroes for the final battle against All For One and his allies.[1]
Description[]
The Troy Defense System consists of several metal black containers hidden in the ground. When activated, the cells suddenly rise up from beneath the battlefield, encapsulating most of the Villains and separating them into isolated groups. Since the imprisoned Villains had to be sent to different areas of Japan through Warp Gates, the cells have propulsion systems to move, rocketing forward into another set of portals made by Phantom Thief by Copying Kurogiri's Quirk.[1]

Although sturdy, the metal cages were not designed to keep Villains locked up for long. During the battle, they tear it through in under 3 seconds, mocking the Heroes if they really thought they could restrain them like that. However, the Heroes were counting on it. The goal of the cells was to delay the Villains just long enough for the Heroes to position themselves and push the remains back, forcing the Villains backward into the designated Warp Gates behind them.
One of the Paranormal Liberation Front member lampshades the absurdity of them using so much money and resources for such a simple aim just to gain the advantage over them, only for his hero opponent to fire back that of course they won't spare any expense in order to defeat them.[2]
