Toshinori Yagi & U.A. Students vs. League of Villains is a battle fought between the Pro Hero All Might, alongside some students of Class 1-A, and the League of Villains members Tomura Shigaraki, Kurogiri, and Nomu.
Prologue[]
All Might saves Shota from the villains.
Just as Tomura and Nomu are about to kill Izuku, Tsuyu, and Minoru, All Might arrives at the U.S.J. facility, telling everyone not to fear because he is here. He announces that he understands the situation, having run into Tenya on his way. This infuriates him, especially when he sees that the students were forced to fight and both Thirteen and Shota were injured protecting them.
Tomura's remaining underlings are paralyzed by All Might's presence. Before they can react, he dashes into the central plaza, swiftly defeating them and rescuing Eraser Head. He apologizes to the unconscious and gravely injured Eraser Head before turning his attention to Tomura. Using his incredible speed, All Might saves Izuku, Tsuyu, and Minoru, knocking Tomura's hand mask off in the process. He then instructs the students to take Shota to safety.
Tomura notices All Might has become weaker.
Tomura becomes agitated when his father's hand falls from his face, but he regains his composure after putting it back on. He's shocked he couldn’t react in time but notices that while All Might is still fast, he's slower than he used to be. Izuku warns All Might that his Smash attack didn’t work on Nomu, but All Might assures him he has everything under control, prompting the students to leave.[1]
Battle[]
Nomu protects Tomura from All Might's attack.
All Might charges at Tomura with a Carolina Smash, but Nomu intercepts the attack, absorbing the impact to All Might's surprise. As Nomu tries to grab him, All Might ducks and punches Nomu in the gut, but the blow has no effect. He lands two more punches to the head before pulling back, realizing his attacks aren't working. Nomu retaliates and swings at him.
All Might dodges and counters with three punches. Meanwhile, Tomura smugly explains that All Might's attacks are ineffective due to Nomu's Shock Absorption Quirk. He adds that even he might have a better shot if he were allowed to rip Nomu apart. All Might thanks Tomura for revealing this weakness and suplexes Nomu, unleashing a massive shockwave.
Kurogiri and Nomu trap All Might.
While Minoru carries Eraser Head to safety, he cheers All Might on, impressed by his strength. However, Izuku, knowing All Might's limits, worries he's pushing himself too far. As the dust clears, All Might realizes Kurogiri opened a portal underneath them, trapping him mid-suplex while rescuing Nomu. Seizing the opportunity, Nomu drives his claws into All Might's side, injuring him. Tomura mocks him, saying his plan to crush Nomu was pointless since it was modified to match All Might's strength. All Might releases Nomu's torso and struggles to escape.
Katsuki intercepts Kurogiri.
Kurogiri begins dragging both of them into the Warp Gate, intending to cut All Might in half. Seeing the danger, Izuku tells Tsuyu and Minoru to look after Eraser Head and sprints back. Kurogiri intercepts him and prepares to use his Quirk—until Katsuki blasts him and pins him down. Shoto follows and freezes Nomu, allowing All Might to break free. Eijiro also joins the fight, but Tomura narrowly evades his attack.[1]

Tomura scolds Kurogiri for letting Katsuki interfere. Katsuki explains he figured out that Kurogiri's body is hidden within the black mist and knows to target his neck armor. Kurogiri tries to move, but Katsuki threatens to blow him up. Eijiro objects, saying that's not something a true hero should say.
Tomura, impressed, orders Nomu to free Kurogiri. To everyone's shock, Nomu shatters its frozen limbs and regenerates them. Tomura reveals that Nomu possesses multiple Quirks, including Super Regeneration, and confirms it was modified to fight All Might at 100%.
All Might withstands Nomu's attack.
Nomu lunges at Katsuki to free Kurogiri, generating a shockwave that knocks back everyone nearby. Izuku fears Katsuki took the hit, only to find him next to him. Katsuki says he didn't dodge it. When the smoke clears, it's revealed that All Might shielded Katsuki and took the full force of Nomu's blow.
Seeing this, Tomura begins ranting about how society praises violence when used by heroes but condemns it when used by villains. He claims that the title "Symbol of Peace" is a form of control and says All Might only uses violence for enjoyment. All Might counters that such claims are absurd, and Tomura admits he understands All Might now.
All Might is going to surpass his limits.
The students want to back up All Might, believing they now outnumber the villains. But All Might urges them to leave, especially as Izuku knows he's running out of time. Tomura orders Kurogiri and Nomu to attack All Might while he handles the students. Despite his declining power, All Might steels himself.
He clashes head-on with Nomu, their blows creating shockwaves that prevent anyone else from getting close. Tomura reminds him about Nomu's Shock Absorption, but All Might responds that if the Quirk only absorbs damage without nullifying it, then it must have a limit. He keeps punching.
All Might defeats Nomu.
Nomu strikes back, but All Might decides that if it can withstand 100%, then he must go beyond that. He pushes past his limit, unleashing a flurry of devastating punches that begin to overwhelm Nomu. The monster is launched across the stage but recovers and charges again. They collide mid-air in a brutal clash, which ends with All Might slamming Nomu into the ground.
All Might lands swiftly and prepares one final move. As Nomu rebounds, he delivers a mighty punch that sends the creature soaring through the roof and into the stratosphere. The students watch in awe as All Might declares victory. However, he notes that he's truly gotten weaker—back in his prime, five punches would've been enough, but this time it took over three hundred.[2]
Aftermath[]
Tomura mulls over Nomu's defeat.
Though victorious, All Might is completely spent. He has almost no time left in his muscular form and can barely stand. Still, he tries to bluff to scare off Tomura and Kurogiri. Tomura, frustrated, assumes All Might is as strong as ever. The hero makes a threatening gesture, hoping to intimidate them. Believing All Might has won, the students begin to head back, except Izuku, who knows he's moments away from reverting to his weakened form.
Kurogiri reassures Tomura, explaining that All Might is gravely injured and the other villains are recovering. He notes that the U.A. staff hasn't arrived yet and suggests they can still defeat All Might if they act now. Tomura agrees, and together they launch an attack on the helpless hero.
Izuku tries to rescue All Might.
All Might panics— until Izuku suddenly appears, using his Quirk to move at blinding speed and intercept them. He prepares to strike Kurogiri's weak point, but the villain opens a portal for Tomura to attack. Tomura reaches through, aiming to destroy Izuku's face, but a bullet suddenly pierces his hand, saving Izuku just in time. Tenya has returned to the U.S.J. with the U.A. faculty as reinforcements.[3]
