i don't think this quirk was actually taken from a previous user as in vigilantes hood is shown to have already had something similar to this quirk which would make this his original quirk XXMension04Xx (talk) 00:38, 12 December 2020 (UTC)

Hood and AFO Confusion[]

Regarding the confusion I keep seeing of the relationship between AFO and Hood having Transforming Arms, in Vigilantes Chapter 94, AFO himself talks about how Hood had recently received the Quirk, but it ended up hindering him more due to not meshing with his fighting style. So not only does confirm it's not Hood's original Quirk (by process of elimination it feels like Power probably has to be it right?), but also that, most likely than not, AFO gave it to him.
