Description[]
Inspired by his protégé, Izuku Midoriya, and empowered by the Sugarman enhancement of the Armored All Might suit, All Might hits his opponent with a powerful kick.
All Might first uses this move during the Final War against All For One.[1]

- This move is named after Izuku's Full Cowl - Shoot Style technique, which was developed to be more focused on kicks instead of punches.
- This is the first Ultimate Move to be performed by a Quirkless individual.
