Qing Qing City, China (中国 軽 (けい) 慶 (けい) 市 (し) Chūgoku Keikei-shi?) is a fictional city in China where the first recorded Quirk manifested.

History[]

At some point in the past, a glowing baby was born in an unnamed hospital. This baby had the strange power to emit light,[1] which would be the first recorded Quirk in history.[2]
