Pro Heroes vs. Robbers is a battle fought between the top three heroes of Japan and a group of three escaped villains robbing a grocery store.

Prologue[]

Hawks and Best Jeanist enter Endeavor's room

Hawks and Best Jeanist visit Endeavor in the hospital.

In the aftermath of the Paranormal Liberation War and the Assault on Tartarus, hero society had fallen into disarray. Villains are roaming the streets, civilians have been forced to defend themselves, and several Heroes have hung up their capes amidst the countless casualties of both heroes and civilians, as well as a massive backlash from civilians who are angry at the Heroes for not doing their job.

While recovering at Central Hospital, Endeavor is approached by Hawks and Best Jeanist, who proposed forming a team up between the top 3 Pro Heroes of Japan in order to try and track down All For One, Tomura Shigaraki, and the rest of the jailbreaker villains and Paranormal Liberation Front members. After questioning All Might about the existence of One For All, they also manage to recruit both the former number one and the current wielder of One For All, Deku, to their alliance.

The trio would later hold a press conference to confirm that everything Dabi said during his nationwide broadcast about Endeavor's family, Hawks' past, and him killing Twice was true. While they faced criticism for their action by reporters, Endeavor tells them that he will atone for his mistakes by taking down the escaped villains. Best Jeanist would also tell the press that U.A. High School and other hero programs would be converted into shelters for citizens who lost their homes and need protection from the rampaging villains. While the press continued showing their anger at the idea, Endeavor tells them all to direct that anger at him alone, and not the others who are putting their lives on the line, once again saying to watch him.

After the conference, the heroes would begin their search for the escaped villains and All For One. Knowing villains would likely be sent after him, Deku would be used as bait to lure in said villains towards them, who after being captured would be able to spill the whereabouts of All For One and his subordinates. The heroes would detain many villains on their mission, but had no success with finding All For One.

Battle[]

While their search for the mastermind villain continued, the top three heroes stopped by a grocery store to stop a group of three escaped villains currently committing a robbery. As one of the villains fires off a nail gun support item created by Detnerat, Endeavor is forced to take cover behind a pillar. The number one hero isn't worried however, and quickly pops out from behind the pillar, avoiding the nails and fires off his Ultimate Move, Ignited Arrow, right in the shooter's chest. As the villain is knocked to the ground, he tells Endeavor that he's the reason that they're out and about, which Endeavor says is why he's here now.

While the other two villains try to make a getaway while the number one hero is distracted, Best Jeanist and Hawks are able to show up in the former's car, capturing them offscreen with his Fiber Master Quirk, and successfully hand the group back to the authorities.[1]

Aftermath[]

Despite successfully nullifying the situation, the apprehended villains didn't have any connections with All For One, and the heroes begin to move out and continue their search. As they're about to leave, however, an angry mob shows up and throws a pipe at Endeavor's feet. The citizens shout at the heroes to leave, calling them out for letting Tomura and his allies escape and letting society fall into chaos.

Hawks urges Endeavor to go, but one of the civilians says they heard Tomura is supposedly after someone else besides the heroes, so Endeavor is still hiding things from them. Another says the relatives of the people Dabi burned were on TV, asking how he feels about all that. The mob continues shouting and cursing at the heroes to leave, continuing to throw trash at them, which Best Jeanist is able to catch with his Quirk. The heroes are quick to leave after that, and continue their hunt for Tomura and All For One.[1]
