Pro Heroes vs. Twice's Doubles is a battle fought between the various Pro Heroes, including Endeavor and Rock Lock, against League of Villains member Twice's Doubles of Dabi, Mr. Compress, and Spinner during a high-speed chase.
Prologue[]
Doctor Daruma Ujiko requests the League of Villains to transport an important cargo in an armored truck to a specific point. The cargo in question is a large fluid-filled life support tank harboring a man. When the members of the League ask what it is, the Doctor simply tells them that it is something that has nothing to do with them. Although they do not like to be treated as simple delivery men, Tomura Shigaraki agrees to his request. Dabi, Spinner, and Mr. Compress are tasked with delivering the doctor's latest experiment.
The Pro Heroes chase the villains.
Somehow, the information of that delivery is leaked and the heroes set up an ambush on the mountain road they are going to pass. The heroes are divided into two teams: the first will be in charge of chasing the truck and trying to stop it, while the second will be stationed several kilometers later, blocking the road to prevent the League's escape.
In this way, late at night sometime in the winter, persecution occurs in the outskirts when the heroes try to stop the League of Villains.[1]
Battle[]
Spinner pulls a car off the road.
Spinner steps on the accelerator of the truck to escape as fast as possible from the heroes that are chasing them in four cars. One of these cars is being driven by Rock Lock, who manages to get close enough ahead to get to the right side of the truck, near the driver's cab. His partner turns his fingers into a Gatling and prepares to shoot, but Spinner swerves the truck to push the car against the wall. Rock Lock manages to get out of that jam, and although the car suffers damage, losing one of the doors, he continues with the chase.
Other of the cars driven by the heroes try to overtake on the left, but Spinner pushes them and manages to get them off the road, knocking the automobile down the ravine and causing it to explode.
Dabi attacks his pursuers.
Seeing that, Rock Lock's partner begins to shoot, although his shots barely cause damage to the armored truck. Rock Lock tries to get closer while his partner continues shooting. Dabi comes out of one of the truck's windows and unleashes a wave of blue fire at them.
Rock Lock flips hard while using his Ultimate Move Deadbolt, causing his vehicle to overturn and remain static in the air, managing both avoid the car to continue rollover as well as use it to protect himself and his partner from Dabi's fire. However, they can no longer continue the chase, and while removing his unconscious partner from the crashed vehicle, Rock Lock apologizes to the other heroes for not being able to continue helping them.

Another of the cars uses the wall to overtake the truck and manages to get in front of it. A heroine emerges from the sunroof and attacks with her electric Quirk, but Spinner stomps on the accelerator and rams the car, knocking it off while the heroine falls on the road. Mr. Compress emerges from a truck hatch and throws three marbles onto the road, releasing several barriers that cause the last car that is chasing them to crash. One of the heroes manages to board the truck but Dabi cremates him before he can attack.
Although the League of Villains succeeded to get rid of their pursuers, Spinner wonders who alerted the heroes of their route, with Dabi suspecting an information leak. For his part, Rock Lock informs Endeavor that the Chase Team has failed in their attempt to stop the League. Endeavor replies that it doesn't matter. At the end of a turn, Spinner is surprised to see that there is a roadblock guarded by more Heroes, and the No. 1 Hero, Endeavor.
Endeavor defeats the League of Villains.
Dabi is glad to see Endeavor there and fires of a blast of his blue flames at the Pro Hero, and Endeavor uses his Jet Burn, with both attacks colliding and canceling each other out. Spinner speeds up to run Endeavor over with the truck, while Dabi asks Mr. Compress to take cover inside before unleashing a more powerful blast of his flames. Undaunted, Endeavor remains on the road and attacks with his Prominence Burn. The move easily overpowers Dabi's attack and engulfs the truck. The villains melt into piles of sludge, revealing that they were clones created by Twice.
Endeavor moves away in time as the flaming truck rolls off the road and falls down the ravine.[1]
Aftermath[]
Nine reunites with his teammates.
Endeavor descends to investigate the crashed truck, encountering Hawks there. Endeavor blames him for not helping them before, but Hawks replies that he had just arrived. Then he asks about the League members, Hawks tell him that they were mere copies created by Twice's Quirk. When examing the contents of the truck, the life support tank is revealed to be empty. Hawks suspected the truck was carrying a new type of Nomu, but later believes it was something else.
The man in the tank, Nine, stumbles into the forest and up a small hill, where he meets with his associates: Chimera, Mummy, and Slice. Nine then looks over the city, telling his friends that the experiment was a success.[1]
