Operation Anonymous, also known as the Naruhata Lockdown ( (ナル) () () ロックダウン Naruhata Rokkudaun?), is an event orchestrated by Number 6 as part of his elaborate revenge against Kazuho Haneyama and Koichi Haimawari.

Event[]

After failing to kill Bee☆Pop, and ensuring the rise of the High-Speed Hero: O'Clock II, Number 6 plans to start over, but first must get rid of the remaining loose ends: killing the unconscious Kazuho, and The Crawler, who foiled his initial plot by rescuing the former.

After briefly going into hiding to recover after his previous defeat, Number 6 returns by posing as an archivist at a police headquarters, disposing of evidence that would connect him to the Villain Factory, as well as critically injuring Eizo Tanuma.

As this is going on, the Naruhata Vigilantes attempt to form an alliance with the police, aware of Number 6's intentions to attempt to kill Kazuho, however it is complicated by Naomasa Tsukauchi's intent to arrest The Crawler due to his connection to the recent attacks, even going so far as to recruit Pro Heroes to assist in the manner.

The in-fighting between the heroes, vigilantes, and police becomes the perfect distraction for Number 6 to execute his multi-phased plan known as "Operation Anonymous", as he is accompanied by a hoard of mindless drones called the Anonymous, created from Bomber Villain cells which he controls like a hive-mind through his Overclock Quirk.
