My Hero Academia ( (ぼく) のヒーローアカデミア Boku no Hīrō Akademia?) is an anime series produced by Toho and Bones based on the manga of the same name by Kohei Horikoshi. It was announced in issue 49, 2015 of Weekly Shonen Jump. On March 8, 2016, Funimation announced it had acquired exclusive international rights to the series. MBS co-produced the first season.

Synopsis

After he saves a bully from a Villain, a normal student is granted a superpower that allows him to attend a high school training academy for Heroes.

Due to the popularity of the series, characters of My Hero Academia were used to promote the Marvel Studios's film Avengers: Infinity War.[7]
