Moe Kamiji (上路萌,Kamiji Moe?), also known as Burnin (バーニン,Bānin?), is a Pro Hero and is one of the over thirty Sidekicks who work at the Endeavor Agency.
Moe is a curvaceous young woman who has big red-orange eyes and pointy teeth. Her most distinguishable feature is her long, flaming yellowish-green hair, with two bangs on each side, and a wider bang going from the center of her forehead to the right. The ends of her fingers are also notably pointed.
Her costume consists of a light-gray double-breasted mini dress with orange and black lining and slits on both sides of the skirt. Her collar, belt, and wrist guards are black with a smaller orange line, and the silver buttons resemble flat-headed screws. She also wears a belt with a temperature gauge on the front and a fire extinguisher on the back,[2] black knee-high socks, and short black boots. Her mask is black, similar to that of Katsuki Bakugo, and is connected to a red headband.

Personality[]
As her hero name suggests, Moe possesses a burning hot personality. She is very passionate, enthusiastic, and her fiery personality is shown to clash with Katsuki's. When Izuku, Katsuki, and Shoto arrived at the Endeavor Agency, Moe wasted no time in introducing them to the agency's massive working force, telling the three hero students that they would have to work hard in order to stand out. Moe's encouraging attitude is later shown when she recognizes the three trainees' efforts to catch up to Endeavor, seeing their beat-up costumes as proof of their commitment.
In the field, Moe shows to be a hard-working hero and provides great support in her duties, be it combating villains or evacuating civilians, as she is seen doing the latter at the start of the Paranormal Liberation War. She also cares for the well-being of her fellow Heroes, being visibly distraught upon witnessing Master Driller's death at the hands of a Near High-End Nomu and fighting in order to avenge him.

Blazing Hair (燃髪,Nenpatsu?): Moe's Quirk allows her to grab her fire-like hair, which she can pull off in chunks, and throw at her enemies, as well as grant her flight.[3]
The kanji in Moe's surname mean "above/up" (上,kami?) and "path/road" (路,ji?) while her given name means "to show symptoms of" or "sprout/bud/malt" (萌,moe?).
Her first name is homophonous with another Japanese word, "moe" (燃え,"moe"?), which means "burning".
The first kanji for her surname is also homophonous with another Japanese word, "kami" (髪,"kami"?), which means "hair".
While not initially a huge fan of Endeavor, Moe gained respect for him upon seeing his hero work in person. Her ambitious attitude led her to join the Endeavor Agency, leading to her becoming a well-renowned sidekick.
