Madame Puppimil (パピイミル様 Papiimiru-sama?) is a villain from My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions.

Appearance[]

Madame Puppimil is a woman of moderate height with right-parted, waist-length hair, in which she adorns a flower on the right side.

She wears a spotted mini-dress underneath a cape with a fur stole, a fur-based scarf with arm and leg bands, black tights, and high-heel shoes.

Personality[]

Madame Puppimil is a callous villain who is motivated by greed, referring to the dogs she had stolen as her "little moneymakers". She is evidently charming and charismatic, as two henchmen followed her every order without question.

While she was willing to sell the dogs she had stolen for money, she does display a far more affectionate side towards Minoru Mineta while he was under the guise of a dog, naming him "Fluffball", and pampering him continuously (much to Minoru's joy and the furious envy of her henchmen). When the Heroes and Police had uncovered her hideout and rescued all the stolen dogs, Puppimil was hardly troubled, saying that she could just steal more while willing to keep "Fluffball" for herself, only for Minoru to reveal his true identity and subdue the villain.

Synopsis[]

Minoru disguises himself as Omochi, a puppy dog that Class 1-A took in, as part of his "Operation Woof-Win" to sneak into the girls' rooms and spend the night with them. However, while napping in Omochi's travel crate, he ends up being taken away by two men who claimed to want to adopt Omochi.

However, Minoru wakes up in a warehouse filled with caged dogs, where Madame Puppimil is revealed to be the leader of the dognappers. Upon noticing Minoru, one of the henchmen questions whether he's a dog. Puppimil asks to take a closer look and immediately decides to make the "dog" her own pet, having him perform tricks and showering him in affection, much to the envy of her henchmen. Madame Puppimil names Minoru "Fluffball" and intends to use her Trimming Quirk to make him even cuter. Minoru is of course overjoyed by this, stating that he's died and gone to heaven.

Later on, Madame Puppimil continues pampering Minoru, who now has bows decorating his head. Puppimil's henchmen complain over Minoru receiving all of Puppimil's love. However, they are all soon interrupted by a bear that storms the hideout. Annoyed at having his paradise interrupted, Minoru attacks the bear and sends it running. Madame Puppimil notes that Fluffball isn't just cute, but is also the perfect guard dog and orders him to protect the hideout. Minoru carries out the order, but soon comes across his classmates, who learned that the men who took him were villains, and Omochi helped by tracking his scent. With Kenji Tsuragamae and the Police accompanying them, Minoru plans to help fool the villains so they can get the dogs free.

Madame Puppimil is then revealed by her henchmen to have gone to the mountains to pick flowers for Minoru. Envious of Minoru getting all of Puppimil's affection, the two try to scare him off. But Minoru, with help from Omochi and Koji Koda's Anivoice Quirk, are able to free all the captured dogs. Puppimil returns and is shocked to see what's happening, with the dogs free and her henchmen captured. However, she tries to get away with Minoru, intending to keep him for herself and steal more dogs. She reveals to Fluffball that she always liked him best of all and promises him to give him all the care, attention, food, and treats he could ever want.

Minoru however, jumps out of his dog costume, saying that he wants to be a cool hero loved by ladies all around the world and not just some villain's dog. Madame Puppimil is shocked to see that the dog she was doting on this whole time was really a kid, but ends up falling down a pit. However, Minoru uses his Pop Off spheres to stick the villain to some branches. Minoru reveals Madame Puppimil to be the dognapping boss and the latter is hauled up by Tsuyu Asui. Minoru ends up walking away, crying tears of blood while saying that it's tough being a hero who the ladies love.

Madame Puppimil and her henchmen end up being arrested and all the dogs are returned to their rightful owners.[1]

Abilities[]

Quirk[]

Trimming: While Madame Puppimil is never shown using her Quirk, based on its name, it is presumably an ability used for grooming hair.

Trivia[]

  • Madame Puppimil's attire, along with her crime of stealing dogs and intending to sell them for profit, could be based on the Disney villain, Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians.
