The Hover Soles (ホバーソール Hobā Sōru?) is a piece of equipment developed and created by Mei Hatsume of the Department of Support.

The Hover Soles are two big metallic boots that have fan-like thrusters implanted inside them, which allows the wearer to hover above the ground, giving the user greater mobility and jumping ability.[1] It can also be used as a landing gear to cushion the fall.[2]
The Hover Soles are first worn by Mei Hatsume during the Obstacle Race, and later lent to Ochaco Uraraka during the Cavalry Battle, who uses them in combination with her Quirk.
