Grasshopper (バッタ Batta?)[1] is the Quirk used by Ichiro and Jiro Hotta.
Description[]
Grasshopper allows the user the ability to transform into a large humanoid grasshopper, increasing their physical capabilities.
However, the Hotta Brothers have only been seen using this Quirk after injecting doses of unadulterated Trigger, so the Quirk's true capabilities are unknown.

Usage[]
The Hotta Brothers use Grasshopper primarily for combat, as the boost provided by Trigger increases their strength, agility, and jumping ability. Both brothers work well together, being able to perform synchronized combo attacks.

- Grasshopper is a reference to the Kamen Rider franchise.[4]
- Hideyuki Furuhashi came up with the idea for the Quirk from the term (バッタ屋 batta-ya?), referring to a second-hand store that sells cheap goods acquired through unlicensed channels, being homophonous with grasshopper (バッタ batta?), which led him to the idea of grasshopper monsters and eventually knockoff Kamen Riders.
- Betten Court had trouble coming up with the transformation's design, due to the abundance of bad knockoff Kamen Rider designs already present in other media.
