The Fourth Kind Agency (フォースカインド事務所 Fōsu Kaindo Jimusho?) is a Hero Office belonging to Pro Hero Fourth Kind.
Description[]
The Fourth Kind Agency is somewhat run-down, with wooden furniture, signs and windows decorating the place. There's also a Japanese sword being held in one of its corners.
In the anime, the office is cleaner and more modern. Instead of Japanese sword, there's now a safe in the corner, and Fourth Kind's desk is bigger. The walls are also decorated with traditional Japanese paper lanterns (chōchin) as well as posters with Japanese writing.
The outside building is decorated with yellow-black construction warning stripes.
Synopsis[]
Vs. Hero Killer Arc[]
Eijiro Kirishima and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu go to this place to spend a week under Fourth Kind's tutelage, to carry out the Hero Agency Internships program. Fourth Kind was impressed by the guts they showed at the U.A. Sports Festival, so he sent offers to both of them, which they accepted.[1]
Although glad that they were chosen, Fourth Kind soon shows himself to be a very strict instructor, who has no qualms over hitting them in the head for losing focus when he is trying to teach them how to be proper heroes and run an agency. Fourth Kind even forces Kirishima and Tetsutetsu to do public services with him, because he considers that being a hero is more than just fighting villains.[2][3]
Shie Hassaikai Arc[]
First year students have permission to participate in Hero Work-Studies. Eijiro wants to do the program under him again, but Fourth Kind doesn’t take work studies. Fortunately he is invited by Tamaki to carry out it at Fat Gum Agency with him.[4][5]
Paranormal Liberation War Arc[]
Fourth Kind is requested to participate in the raid, being part of the team in charge of storming the Gunga Mountain Villa.[6]
