The Final Act Saga is the third and final saga of the series. It deals with the aftermath of the Paranormal Liberation War, All For One's escape from Tartarus, and the loss of the public's trust in Heroes.

Summary

Between the massive destruction occurring across multiple cities, numerous Pro Heroes being killed or retiring, many of the most dangerous Villains still at large, and public trust in Heroes having wavered, society is on the verge of collapse. With All For One once again returned to the shadows, and Tomura Shigaraki forced on standby after his defeat during the War, his next target is finally acquiring One For All from Izuku Midoriya.

In order to protect his friends and loved ones, Izuku goes rogue, leaving U.A. and secretly teaming up with All Might and the Top Three Pro Heroes to act as bait to lure out the League of Villains, Paranormal Liberation Front, the Tartarus escapees, and discover information behind All For One and Tomura's location.

The process of trying to hold the weight of the world on his shoulders alone begins to eat away at Izuku physically and emotionally as he continues to endlessly fight. Eventually, Class 1-A finally confront him, stating their desire to share his burden and help him overcome his struggles, with Katsuki Bakugo even apologizing for all he's done to him, which manages to wear Izuku down. He's taken back to U.A. to rest, and while he's initially met with disdain from the general public, a speech from Ochaco Uraraka convinces them to rethink their outlook on the world and let him stay.

Meanwhile, All Might learns from information acquired by Stain that Tomura's completion date is sooner than expected, so requests immediate aid from the foreign heroes, which is heard by America's No. 1 Hero: Star and Stripe. All For One, who desires to steal her reality-warping Quirk, New Order, uses the opportunity to send out a nearly completed "Tomura", whose mind has started to fuse together with that of All For One's, to fight her and steal it. "Tomura" manages to succeed and kill her, but in a last resort, Star turns her Quirk into a virus that destroys several of his Quirks, including itself, once again forcing him on standby to heal.

Aware of their current timetable, Class 1-A and the remaining Pro Heroes prepare to use their forces to take the fight to the Villains and defeat them once and for all. However, things get complicated when they discover Yuga Aoyama is the fabled "U.A. Traitor", having received his Quirk from All For One and forced into leaking information to him. Despite the betrayal, the class recognizes his true intentions and resolves to have him redeem himself by fighting back against All For One.

The Heroes manage to develop a plan to lure out the Villains from hiding and separate them all to prevent them from working together. Utilizing Yuga's connection to All For One, they successfully bait All For One and the Villains out into the open, and with Neito Monoma copying Kurogiri's Warp Gate Quirk, summon several portals to teleport the major threats all over Japan, with different teams facing down each opponent.

Izuku is meant to face off against Tomura at a now floating U.A. High, but is sent into another portal by Himiko Toga and forced to make it there on his own, while the present Heroes deal with Tomura's newly transformed body as a result of the Quirk Singularity. Shoto Todoroki battles and initially defeats his brother Dabi using a new technique, but Dabi copies it and reinvigorates himself. Endeavor fights and nearly kills All For One, but the Villain uses a reverse-engineered version of the Quirk-Destroying Drug to Rewind his body back to his prime state. During the battle against "Tomura", Katsuki is fatally wounded, but the remaining Heroes resolve to save him while a returning Izuku uses the full power of One For All to overwhelm the Tomura/All For One fusion.

Meanwhile, Spinner frees Kurogiri, allowing him to warp the Villains around, while Himiko uses her Quirk to Transform into Twice to cause further trouble. Tomura successfully breaks free of All For One's influence during his fight, so the real All For One races over to his location to complete the transfer, as the remaining Heroes attempt to delay him. The Todoroki Family reunites to stop Dabi for good, preventing his self-destruction. Ochaco succeeds in overcoming Himiko and her Doubles, with the two of them reaching an understanding as Himiko tries to save Ochaco's life at the risk of her own. All Might, aided by a mechanized suit, fights All For One to his limits, but is eventually overwhelmed and nearly killed, until he is saved by a revived Katsuki, who is promptly able to finish the job, allowing the rewind effect to take over and destroy All For One for good.
