Encounter, Part 2 (エンカウンター2 Enkauntā 2?) is the one hundred and nineteenth episode of the My Hero Academia anime and the sixth episode of the sixth season.
Summary[]
The Heroes keep up their assault against the Liberation Front.
The Police Force HQ panics as they try to get in contact with Endeavor and any of the other Heroes in the aftermath of Tomura's Decay attack on Jaku City. The resulting destruction has not only consumed the entire Hospital but is blocking all of their vision. Meanwhile at the Gunga Mountain Villa, Tsukuyomi carries the unconscious Hawks past Fat Gum, who directs him toward the medic team in the rear guard.
The Heroes and the Paranormal Liberation Front continue their battling. Cementoss is knocked backwards by one of Geten's attacks, so uses his Cement to block the rest of his icicles. He attempts to attack Cementoss from above, but the ice is knocked away by Mt. Lady, enraged at Geten having knocked her on her butt. Cementoss creates a giant bat out of cement, she uses it to destroy the ice he's created, leaving a path for the Heroes on the ground.
Gigantomachia has awakened.
One of the Heroes notices Eel Boy with them, wondering what he's doing there since he was supposed to be dealing with Himiko and Mr. Compress, only for him to pull out a knife and stab him. "Eel Boy" suddenly begins slicing up all of the Heroes in their path. At this same time, Mr. Compress is watching on from the railings above, when Dabi appears, with the two of them wondering what the other is doing. Mr. Compress tells him that Twice is dead, and despite his objections, a dejected Himiko went down to join the fighting, having Transformed into Eel Boy.
Continuing to slice up Heroes, Himiko thinks about how much pain she always feels, and with memories of Twice flashing before her, angrily declares that the world should be filled with things she loves, and the Heroes are in the way. Suddenly, the floor all around the Villa begins to cave in, as a giant hand emerges from behind Himiko. Mr. Compress is surprised that Gigantomachia is moving, causing Dabi to realize that Tomura is awake.
The New No. 1 Hero vs. the New Symbol of Fear.
In the Jaku Hospital crater, Tomura prepares to await Gigantomachia's arrival, when suddenly a voice begins to throb in his head, repeating "One For All". Tomura is confused, only to be greeted by the return of Endeavor, who immediately unleashes a Hell's Curtain upon the area, surrounding him in fire. He's about to attack with Jet Burn but is shocked when Tomura simply jumps out of the fire toward him, forcing him to dodge. He wonders if he has heat resistance, only to discover the truth when he sees Tomura's body regenerating.
He manages to blast Tomura onto the ground, regaining contact with the Evacuation Team, informing them of his current altercation and for any flying Heroes to accompany him. Tomura tries to touch Endeavor, but he stops him, only to be caught off guard as he unleashes a powerful blast from his hand, knocking him away. Tomura starts to feel as if he has always had all the stockpiled Quirks within All For One, recovering the remaining Quirk-Destroying Bullets, and his remaining "hand accessory". However, despite this, he wonders why he feels unsatisifed still.
Deku knows Tomura is after him now.
The voice in his head continues to speak, reminding Tomura that "One For All" was the Quirk that All For One was never able to claim, and that something is urging him to act. Using his Air Cannon to block Endeavor's returned assault, he asks "Where is One For All?", causing Endeavor to repeat it out, which is overheard on the comms by Burnin, and also a fearful Deku. Meanwhile, at the Pussycats Agency, Ragdoll laments to herself that if she still had her Quirk, Search, she'd be able to help the Heroes. Now in the possession of Tomura after All For One stole it, he uses it to look for One For All.
Burnin and a group of Heroes head over to help Endeavor, telling the rest of the students to evacuate with the civilians. At this moment, Tomura manages to discover Deku's location, blasting Endeavor away, and jumps his way over toward him. Endeavor gives chase, reporting that he's heading toward the evacuees, causing Deku to realize that he's after him. Seeing the Heroes and the civilians desperately trying to get out of the area, Deku does the only thing he can do and runs in the opposite direction. Bakugo follows suit, aware that if the Heroes knew of his secret, they would split up their forces to protect him as well, and since it's a Hero's job to protect the people, the only thing they can do is get as far away from them as possible.
Deku and Bakugo prepare to lure Tomura away.
Running back into the city, their classmates ask what they are doing, which Deku claims is because he left something, worrying them. Deku and Bakugo swing and blast their way through the destroyed city, with Deku figuring that he must have some way to track him down. Deku contacts Endeavor through the communication line, telling him that Tomura is after him and that he is going to try and lure him to an unpopulated area. Endeavor is confused why this is the case, while Deku says he will explain later.
Seeing Deku's movement, Tomura thinks about how the information stored in Search was carried over from the original user, which he feels is lucky for him. Tomura tumbles down onto the ground, which Endeavor attempts to take advantage of and attack, only for Tomura to simply change his trajectory, directly toward Deku's location. While he continues to run, Endeavor reports in on Tomura's change in location, and his new Super Regeneration, telling everyone not to underestimate him. He then begins to realize that he really is targeting Deku and has to chase after him to help him.
"You're just the bait!"
Deku and Bakugo begin to speak about their plan to evade Tomura, only for Deku to suddenly ask why Bakugo is following him, causing him to yell back in his face. Bakugo explains that since he already knows his secret he doesn't need an explanation to help, however claims that he isn't doing this for "the main character", but rather payback against Tomura for his previous kidnapping, which indirectly resulted in All Might's retirement; Deku is just his bait.
He proceeds to think about how Deku can now use Full Cowl at 30% without injuring himself, and release at 45% at the moment of impact. Throughout their training with All Might and Endeavor, every time he improved, Bakugo made sure to keep up, and refuses to stay behind him.
Deku and Bakugo are nearly consumed by the all-encompassing terror of Tomura.
Having found the constant communications between the Heroes annoying, Tomura just into the sky and combines Air Cannon with Radio Waves, sending the reverb effects all throughout the area, destroying the communication devices for all the Heroes and for the Police HQ, who begin to worry even more. Meanwhile underground, the Radio Waves affect a group of canisters, that suddenly activate. Deku and Bakugo then start to get a feeling, the same feeling they felt when they encountered All For One back in Kamino. Tomura suddenly appears before them, and as a visage of death begins to consume and decay them, he reaches his hand out, telling Deku to give him One For All.
Just then, Gran Torino appears and saves the two, flying away, telling them about the significant increase in Tomura's Decay abilities, which they have no chance of facing on their own. He reminds them the Pro Heroes are still in the game, as Ryukyu joins the battle, tackling Tomura with her claw. Tomura tries to Decay her but is shocked to find it doesn't work. On the ground, Eraser Head emerges, wondering why Tomura is after Deku and Bakugo, and thinking about he won't let Crust or anybody else's sacrifices be in vein. Using Erasure to erase his Quirks, he declares he won't let him lay a hand on his students, causing Tomura to admit Eraser is still pretty cool. Tomura turns to his communicator, saying to kill everyone on the surface, as the mysterious pods underground activate.
Tomura's still got some extra power hidden up his sleeve.
Endeavor calls out to Kido, who uses his Quirk, Traject, to quickly send Endeavor up into the air toward Tomura. Eraser Head, supported by Rock Lock, continues to keep watch over him, while Manual uses his Quirk to help moisten his eyes to prevent him from blinking. Endeavor prepares to unleash a powerful Hellflame blast to finish Tomura off for good, but he suddenly dodges out of the way with just a flick of his wrist.
The Heroes are confused since his Quirks should be erased, until they realize this is somehow his natural strength, which Endeavor likens to All Might. Meanwhile, Present Mic watches on, still holding Kyudai Garaki in custody, as the mad Doctor explains that even despite his new immense power, it still is not quite as strong as All Might in his prime, to prevent an overload on his brain.
Everyone is stunned the Nomu are still active.
Eraser Head recognizes this as resembling the strength of the Nomu, describing him as a "perfected Nomu", while Endeavor and Ryukyu continue to try and assault him in the air. Gran Torino drops Deku and Bakugo off, stating that he couldn't bring them any further away due to how fast Tomura is now, also stating he is aware Bakugo knows their secret after All Might had told him. Deku doesn't want to have to hide, but Gran Torino explains that All For One's Quirks were transplanted into Tomura, which means he is now capable of stealing One For All, which he says is the worst-case scenario. As the reinforcements begin to arrive, Gran Torino tells them to leave it to the Pros, however, they are all stunned by the sudden appearance of a hoard of Nomu blocking the path.

- Cementoss is shown bringing down Geten's ice, as well as creating a giant Cement Club for Mt. Lady to assist him. In the manga, Mt. Lady uses her fist instead.
- All For One's voice continues to effect Tomura more in the anime than in the manga.
- When Deku overhears Endeavor mention "One For All", the evacuation team are on the outskirts of the city in the anime, while in the manga they are still in the city.
