Eleph (ゾウ ?) was one of Doctor Kyudai Garaki's intelligent High-End Nomu that he kept in his lab under Jaku General Hospital. He and his kin act as some of the secondary antagonists of the Paranormal Liberation War Arc.

Appearance[]

Eleph was a rather obese, bulky Nomu who resembled the appearance of a humanoid elephant. Down his trunk, 3 glowing lines run down, one going from the his brain to the tip of his large trunk. The other two are below from his angular eyes, each with three glowing diamonds attached linearly to each other. Those eyes eventually fill with their own tiny feral pupils, likely red similar to the eyes of Hood. Noticeable vertebrae jut from his spine like with Hood as well. When he activates his Arm Bulk Up Quirk, his already large, muscular arms, become much more thick and veiny.

Personality[]

Not much is known about his personality, but just like the rest of his kin, he was someone quickly aching for a fight right after being awoken.

Synopsis[]

History[]

He was carefully selected by Kyudai to be made into a Nomu specialized for pure power.

Paranormal Liberation War Arc[]

As the heroes start their raid on Jaku Hospital, Kyudai prepares to use Johnny's Quirk to warp himself and Tomura Shigaraki to safety. Before he can, however, Mirko bursts inside his lab, inadvertently killing Johnny in the process.

The now trapped doctor releases five High-End Nomu, one of them being Eleph, in an effort to push Mirko back as he tends to Tomura. Eleph, under the impromptu leadership of Woman, joins alongside his brethren to attack and hold the hero off.[1]

He was eventually overwhelmed by the backup of Pro Heroes that soon arrived to assist, and alongside the rest of the High-Ends, was destroyed by Tomura's Decay after he awakens.

Abilities[]

Overall Abilities: Like other Nomu, he was shown to be decently powerful.

  • Enhanced Strength: With at least two Quirks that affect Eleph's musculature, a single grab at Mirko managed to tear off a large chunk of her hair.
  • Enhanced Speed: Despite his large size, Eleph was decently capable of keeping track off and keeping up with No. 5 Hero, Mirko, even getting a good grip on her hair at one point.

Quirks[]

Super Regeneration (超再生 Chōsaisei?): Like all High-End Nomu, Eleph possessed this Quirk, which gave him the ability to regenerate from any damage he took.

Unnamed Elephant Quirk: This Quirk gave Eleph his signature appearance, with a large amount of muscle mass and a trunk, increasing not only his physical strength, but giving him a third appendage to likely help grab opponents. The trunk also likely increases his sensory capabilities, specifically for smell.

Unnamed Arm Bulk Up Quirk: This Quirk allowed Eleph to bulk up his arms to massive size, increasing his arm and grip strength to the point of being able to tear a large clump of Mirko's hair from a single grasp.
