Recovery Girl scolding All Might.
Recovery Girl is one of All Might's friends, and also one of the few people who know about his condition and Quirk. She frequently scolds him for letting Izuku damage himself in fights and for not being a good enough mentor, believing that All Might spoils the boy.[1]
Following the final exams where All Might faces Izuku and Katsuki, Recovery Girl scolds All Might for his lack of restraint against the two.[2] Despite these disagreements on All Might's teaching style, Recovery Girl still considers All Might to be both a friend and an excellent hero.
Izuku Midoriya[]

Recovery Girl is one of the few people who know that Izuku is the new heir to the One For All Quirk. During the first months, when Izuku still didn't not know how to control the power of One For All and he ends up wounded, she scolds Izuku for using his Quirk dangerously, as he consistently requires the use of her healing Quirk.[1]
Her scolding finally reaches a tipping point, where she flat out says she will no longer heal his self-inflicted Quirk injuries after the U.A. Sports Festival, fearing that he will continue to cause serious harm to himself as long as he thinks he can just be healed by her.[3]
