The Impulses of Youth (
Summary[]

The rewinding All For One unleashes his true power to decimate everyone.
The battle against All For One continues to rage on. Mt. Lady destroys another one of her giant weapons, calling out to Rule who sends her their last remaining Detnerat items to use to fight. Hawks apologizes to Tsukuyomi that he can only be his wingman, but his student responds that his support is the fuel for his Light of Baldur, as everyone keeps pushing their full effort toward the Villain.
However, All For One successfully manages to retaliate, sending a blast forward that slices Mt. Lady's stomach, causing her to fall to the ground. Immediately after, All For One sends a giant blast of lightning, decimating Gigantomachia's entire body, who also falls to the ground. As his corpsed body regenerates, All For One comments that, possibly due to the influence of his "other self", there is something dark welling up inside him; that the younger he is, the more untameable it grows. Unleashing another blast, he completely destroys Dark Shadow, and eviscerates Hawks and Tsukuyomi, stating that the more he gives into darkness, the more he can draw out his Quirk's true potential.

All For One steals Hawks' Quirk.
As the dust settles, all the Heroes lie battered and broken at near death. All For One holds up a barely conscious Hawks by the throat, telling him to step aside as he plans to steal Tsukuyomi's Quirk. Hawks continues to fruitlessly resist, as All For One steals Fierce Wings for himself, noting that even with its Quirk Factor seriously damaged, he still managed to put up a good fight. Hawks comments on how his stockpiled Quirks work outside his body and don't mesh well while he's rewinding, and that the damage is hastening the process.
Just then, Grape Juice throws one of his Pop Off balls at All For One, weakly telling him not to steal Dark Shadow or else he'll become an edgelord, and that he should steal his Quirk instead, begging him not to take it from Tsukuyomi. All For One sees his look, thinking about the "howls of the weak", and not able to waste another second decides to leave. Flying into the air, he tells the comatosed Heroes that thanks to the press' arrival, people are going to see what happened, so they know they failed again, since they couldn't protect a single thing, blasting away. Despite this, Hawks thinks back to the Shiketsu students mentioning the refugees in U.A., and that there's still hope.
In the Underground Evacuation System beneath U.A., the moving segments suddenly stop as the lights also go out, causing the civilians within to worry, even more so after watching the live broadcast showing the Heroes' defeat. At the Counter-Force Headquarters, they report on All For One heading east, while Naomasa calls out to La Brava, who states the evacuation system is back online, and while most of the blocks are moving, some of them stopped from inside due to someone interfering with them.

Death Arms returns to hero duty and saves the civilians.
Meanwhile, one of All For One's subordinates thinks about how he was told to follow orders from Skeptic but since he lost communications with him he doesn't know what to do, so uses his Quirk to continue jamming the system, knowing that if he has nothing to show for once All For One rules the world he'll be done for. Just then, Gunhead finds him as the culprit and gives chase, while elsewhere, parts of the blocks begin to break apart, which Battle Fist and Real Steel react to in order to save the civilians from being crushed.
To their surprise, Death Arms appears and saves some of them by catching some falling debris, saying that he knows that what happened before is bound to happen again, but thinking about Deku, he says his body took action all on its own. Elsewhere in Kamino, Shoto, supported by Ingenium, declares it's not over yet, while Stain observes them closely nearby.
