Rev Up, One For All (
Summary[]
After Deku's question asking if Tomura Shigaraki is still in there, he responds that he no longer exists. Tomura and All For One have fully merged into a new being, and supposedly due to him being older, All For One is currently in charge, saying that despite whatever he's scheming, he won't get his ideal ending.
However, Lemillion responds back regarding the previous incident when he spoke harshly to him, causing him to throw a fit as if he were a child, knowing he isn't "fully merged"; the more he was provoked, the more unstable he became. Looking at the disembodied faces on his left arm, Nana Shimura sees Kotaro's looking at her, telling Deku he's still in there.
Deku launches "Tomura" with Blackchain.
With all his power, "Tomura" jumps into the air, shaking the entire Fortress, charging at Deku angrily declaring he's taking back One For All. His smash erupts throughout the whole battlefield, but Deku is able to stop the attack, telling All For One he's the one who won't get his ideal ending. He uses a combination of Blackwhip and Fa Jin to create the boosted binding combo, Blackchain, wrapping it around "Tomura's" arm and sending him flying.
Deku kicks things into Overdrive.
"Tomura" attempts to try and restle the chain off, not intending to fall for the same move again, only to be surprised when Deku undoes it himself. Concentrating to himself, the Second User tells him to make it quick, because once he starts using his Quirk, they need to finish him off in five minutes or the world is doomed. Deku uses the Second User's Quirk to power his new Ultimate Move, Transmission, wherein, in the blink of an eye, Deku appears under "Tomura", punching him with Second Gear, Third Gear, and finally Top Gear, sending him flying upward.
Lemillion is shocked to see the sound is delayed, while "Tomura" is completely caught off guard by the attack, realizing the attack and speed is different from the glow he was using before. Thanks to the Quirk's ability to let the user shift change the target's speed when touched, Deku enables Gearshift: Overdrive, turning his 100% power into 120%. Yoichi declares to his brother that today is the day they finally end things, as Deku unleashes a fully powered Detroit Smash directly into "Tomura"'s stomach.

- "Tomura" claims that the original Tomura is no more, now that he and All For One have merged into a new being, with All For One mainly in control.
- However, Lemillion reveals "Tomura's" unstableness, realizing they aren't truly fully merged, and that he is still in there.
- Nana sees the visage of her son Kotaro on "Tomura's" body, also coming to this conclusion.
- "Tomura" tries to attack Deku, but he deflects it using his Ultimate Move, Blackchain, combining Blackwhip and Fa Jin.
- Deku uses the Second User's Quirk to power two new Ultimate Moves. The first being Transmission, shifting the speed of anything he touches through the different gears. The second is Overdrive, activating the Second User's Quirk on himself and giving a power-up to his existing Ultimate Moves.
- Deku uses this ability to greatly enhance his speed, boosting his power to 120%, overwhelming "Tomura".
