Summary[]
"Tomura" taunts Eraser Head for taking a back seat.
In the aftermath of Dynamight's apparent demise, Phantom Thief recalls back to hearing his words about achieving victory during the Joint Training Battle, causing him to exclaim in disbelief. Best Jeanist observes that his heart was ravaged and has no more pulse, while Lemillion is enraged at failing to protect him. "Tomura Shigaraki" taunts Eraser Head, saying that his death is his fault, and for putting so much responsibility on his shoulders while standing on the sidelines, asking who of the remaining Heroes is next.
Using his glob of fingers, "Tomura" grabs ahold of Mirko, asking who wants to be turned into Izuku's next welcome present, while she states that if she was just a little faster and killed him back during the War, none of this would happen. "Tomura" simply responds that there were a lot of Pro Heroes there as well, so she wasn't the only one who failed, and considering they were forced to resort to putting rookie kids on the front line to make up for many of their desertions, it only makes sense for some of them to die. He declares that despite them taking the initiative and hitting them with all they had, they didn't come with enough people or plans.
Dabi copies Shoto's Phosphor.
Meanwhile, back in Kamino, Shoto and Ingenium react in horror as Dabi regains consciousness, and after burning Kido and Onima, declares that just before he was buried in the ice, he was able to copy Shoto's Phosphor move as a last ditch effort, reinvigorating himself. Seeing this, Shoto thinks about how Dabi has more than just raw firepower going for him, considering he honed his Quirk all by himself through his battle sense and mad obsession.
Dabi calls out to Skeptic, who answers through the Near High-End Nomu, telling him he's too busy for his issues, but informs him that Endeavor is currently at the remains of the Gunga Mountain Villa fighting All For One. "Tomura" continues that Izuku was right knowing that they couldn't give the Villains time to prepare and was correct to rush things, even though it is all in vain.
Elsewhere, Skeptic regains control of the Feel Good Inc. satellites, ranting about how the corporates tried to cut him out of his company and ran away overseas, but that he will be the one to support Tomura and achieve Re-Destro's dream to create a world where people are free to use their Meta Abilities as equals, and create a society without "Heroes" and "Villains". At the U.A. Flying Fortress, the command team led by Mandalay start to notice that someone is trying to hack into their system, with Skeptic adding that just like All For One, he will do as he pleases, and that there will be no place for any of the old ways in the new world.
All For One reveals his true form.
Deep underground in the U.A. bunkers, the Todoroki Family notice Komari Ikoma watching over the Masegaki Primary School students, warning them about potential danger from a Villain, but they say it's okay because there's no way Shoto, Katsuki, or the others will lose the battle, while All For One's spies prepare to act.
Back at the Gunga Mountain Ruins, a recovering Endeavor and Hawks are stunned as they see an almost fully recovered All For One declaring that while the Heroes managed to keep the Villains on the defensive in the previous battle, it won't be the same now. Since Heroes are those who defend, Villains are those who violate, and they will plunge headlong to their dream.
