The Cement Gun (セメントガン Semento Gan?) is a support item used by all of Gang Orca's Sidekicks during the Provisional Hero License Exam.

The Cement Guns are large, round, blue-tinted weapons attached to the arms of their user.
They have several holes that fire out streams of liquid cement that dry quickly on contact. They effectively immobilize their target by weighing them down with the cement. [1]
