Valdo twirls his arm around in a clockwise direction, using his Quirk to generate a glowing fist before delivering it straight into his opponent, using the impact from the blow to launch them away.
Valdo used this Ultimate Move against Izuku Midoriya after stopping the latter's kick with his other hand.[1]
