Description[]

When restraining an opponent using his carbon fiber threads, Best Jeanist ensnares his opponent's neck, suffocating them into unconsciousness.

Best Jeanist uses this Ultimate Move for the first time in an attempt to pacify Tomura Shigaraki, Mr. Compress, and Spinner during the Paranormal Liberation War.^[1]
