How dull!! This girl understands nothing, and she'll never measure up to me!! My splendiferous gorgeousness is the pinnacle of beauty!Bibimi Kenranzaki in "Festival All Day Long!!"
Bibimi is a young woman with long, blonde hair which would reach down to her waist if it wasn’t always worn in her signature style; two tightly curled rolls on each side of her face and a wide, folded bun at the back with three more curled rolls beneath it. She has ridiculously long eyelashes, made even longer by the excessive makeup she wears, and is always seen with dark lipstick on.
In her Miss Con attire, she wears a kimono-like dress with a scale pattern, a beaded necklace, a wide crown with carvings in its central plate and flowers around her neck.
However, in the anime she is shown to wear a pink kimono-sleeved dress, with patterns on the sleeves and a cotton trim around the neck. She has a Taisho-era style hairpin, and a white pearl necklace as well.
Having won U.A.’s Miss Con twice in a row, Bibimi shows to be quite vain and prideful when it comes to her looks and beauty, which leads to her acting in a condescending manner towards the other pageant contestants. Additionally, aside from her excessive amounts of makeup and overly haughty attitude, she does prove to be quite extravagant as she contended in U.A.’s Miss Con while riding a tank built in her own image.
Despite this, Bibimi does prove that she has a good heart, as she put the pageant aside in order to assist Mei Hatsume in finding a lost remote for one of her inventions and also helped her calm down beforehand. Bibimi also reveals not to be above commending others despite seeming narcissistic for the most part, as she congratulated Nejire for her victory in U.A.’s Miss Con.
Prior to the start of the beauty pageant, Bibimi got into a verbal sparring match with Nejire, before escalating too far when Nejire's friend, Yuyu Haya, jumped in to defend her. They were stopped when a pageant committee member arrived to prepare for the dress rehearsal. After it concluded, Nejire and Yuyu got into an argument over a nail found in her shoes, which the latter insists to be Bibimi's doing, until Bibimi shows up looking for her necklace that has gone missing.
Mei Hatsume appears looking for her missing remote control for one of her devices, and Bibimi, being her senior in the Support Course, agrees to help find it before the pageant starts, with Nejire, Yuyu, Itsuka Kendo, Reiko Yanagi, and Tamaki Amajiki following suit. This incident leads Itsuka to think about how even though Bibimi seemingly only cared about winning the pageant, she put everything aside to help out Mei, with Mei also bringing up how much she looks after all of them in the Support Course.
The group eventually realize the culprit that stole both the necklace and the remote to be a crow, which Tamaki tries to engage and reclaim, but gets more complicated when a murder of crows appears to attack them all. During the battle, Bibimi takes off her glimmering hairpin to district the crows, and then unleashes a giant tank shaped like her own head, revealing to be her creation for the talent part of the pageant, releasing an air current to blow the birds away, and a net to catch them.
In the aftermath, they learn the nail was Mei's doing, as a way of informing Bibimi she was there, before running off. Nejire compliments Bibimi on how insane her tank looks, leading her to suggest making a support item for her, though turns her down saying it's personally not her style. Yuyu then apologizes to Bibimi for earlier, which she laughs off thinking nothing of it. The group then quickly ran back to the school as the pageant was about to start.
Engineering Skill: As a third year student in U.A.'s Department of Support, Bibimi has developed her engineering skills. During the talent portion of the beauty contest on her third year, Bibimi showcases one of her creations, a giant mechanical version of herself on continuous tracks.
Pageant Tank: Bibimi built a giant golden tank in the likeness of her own face. She rode it during the U.A. school festival beauty pageant.
During their time at U.A., Bibimi and Nejire became rivals for the School Festival beauty pageant. Bibimi defeated her two years in a row and Nejire respects her and recognizes her beauty and decides to defeat her, trying to be like her. In the preparations for the contest, Bibimi appeared in front of Nejire and the two clashed verbally and Bibimi insulted Nejire's dress, which depressed her little.
Despite their initial enmity, Nejire knew that Bibimi did not intend to sabotage her and helped her when Mei Hatsume went to Bibimi for help. After helping Bibimi, Itsuka realizes that Bibimi and Nejire weren’t competing on some notion of feminine beauty, but on their own notions that made them beautiful. Nejire fell silent when Bibimi affirmed that the victory would be hers before the contest and when Nejire won the pageant during her senior year, Bibimi graciously accepts her defeat and shakes her hand in congratulations.
