Artificial Vocal Cords (もう一つの声帯 Mō Hitotsu no Seitai?) is a support item for the hero costume of Hitoshi Shinso.[1]
Description[]
A special voice-altering mask used to compliment Hitoshi's Brainwashing Quirk. This device uses several plates to transform and resonate Hitoshi's voice, mimicking the voice of another person, then directly emits it into his surroundings.[1]
Hitoshi's Quirk loses its effect when his voice passes through normal vocal enhancement devices, such as megaphones or loudspeakers, as they convert his voice into electrical signals, which is why the Artificial Vocal Cords is made to work using plates.
The Artificial Vocal Cords are used in the performance of Hitoshi's Persona Chords Ultimate Move.
