Overview[]
The Abegawa Tenchu Kai was a violent designated villain organization consisting of yakuza, whose roots can be traced back long before the emergence of the paranormal. They had their headquarters stationed in Tokyo's Danto Ward.
The Abegawa’s gang was known because all of it’s executives wielded incredibly powerful quirks, but what was truly fearsome about them was not the strength of their quirks, but rather their "reflexes" for violence, allowing them to instantaneously transition into combat.[1]

After the Tenchu Kai was categorized as a villainous organization by the police, their headquarters is invaded by the vigilante Stendhal and its high-ranking executives were all killed in combat.[1]

- The organization itself, as well as the Quirks and appearance of each member, are based on the Avengers, primarily their Marvel Cinematic Universe incarnations:
- The name "Abegawa" resembles the Japanese pronunciation of Avengers, "Abenjāzu".
- Rojiya Yonenaga resembles Captain America.
- Tetsu resembles Iron Man.
- Haruhisa resembles the Hulk.
- Soji resembles Thor.
- The remaining three unnamed members resemble the Winter Soldier, Black Widow, and Hawkeye.
